Since my training with Pranarôm, I speak a lot of my daily use of essential oils to treat my little inflammations or to prevent the evils of winter, but … I have not yet explained the benefits essential oils can bring to fight against the worst scourge of our time: STRESS. And the best natural solution: anti-stress essential oils!
And if anyone can tell you about this horrible stress, it’s me. I’ve always been quite stressed naturally and even though over time I try to adopt a more peaceful lifestyle to appease it, 10 hours a day at work with things not always going the way I want, the morning meditation session often seems very far away.
So, what other solutions? How to naturally succeed in being more relaxed and soothed thanks to essential oils?

- 3ml Mandarin Essence
- 1ml Marjoram Essential Oil
- 1ml Petit Grain Bigarade Essential Oil
- 5ml Apricot Kernel Vegetable Oil
USE OF THIS ANTI-STRESS SYNERGY
- Cutaneous route: 3 drops of synergy in massage on the solar plexus and / or on the inside of the wrists.
